A Neighborhood Restoration Program by Three Rivers Painting Co.

At Three Rivers Painting Co., we’ve had the privilege of working on homes across Fort Wayne, but we know not every homeowner has the means to keep up with repairs or improvements. Paint it Forward is our way of giving back to the city we care so deeply about. Through this program, we provide free exterior painting and landscaping services to homeowners in historically under-served neighborhoods.

Every few months, we’ll select one home to restore - not just to improve how it looks, but to support the people who live there. Whether it’s a family facing hard times or a neighbor who’s always helping others, our goal is to make a difference where it’s needed most.

Why We're Doing This

Fort Wayne is a city of hard-working families and vibrant neighborhoods - but not everyone has access to the resources needed to maintain or restore their home. By donating our time, skills, and materials, we hope to brighten streets, restore dignity, and inspire pride in the places people call home.

The Impact

A beautifully painted exterior and a tidied yard may seem small, but these changes can have a ripple effect. A well-kept home can raise neighborhood morale, improve property values, and spark further investment. Most importantly, it lets our neighbors know they are seen, valued, and supported.

How to Nominate a Home

Know someone who could use a fresh start? Maybe it’s a single parent, a retired veteran, or a neighbor who always puts others first. Use the form below to tell us their story. Every quarter, we’ll carefully review submissions and select one recipient for our next “Paint it Forward” project.

Support the Cause

If you’d like to help us expand the reach of Paint it Forward, consider making a donation. 100% of contributions go directly toward supplies, materials, and labor costs for each selected home. Every dollar helps us serve more families and make a bigger impact in our community.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

Through Paint It Forward, Three Rivers Painting gives back to our community by providing exterior painting services and minor landscaping improvements at no cost to selected recipients. We welcome nominations for individuals, families, churches, nonprofits, and other community organizations that could benefit from a helping hand. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference for those who need it most. All nominations are reviewed individually, and submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. Projects are chosen based on individual circumstances, community impact, and the services we’re able to provide.

Your information will only be used to review your nomination and communicate with you about the Paint It Forward program.
